Admittedly, there are many factors that lead to problems with reading fluency. We try to find what our students can do 'with fluency'. For some students, we have to back up to the picture level and then build back up to letter level, word level, sentence level and FINALLY the reading passage level. The alphabet tracing book provides practice with letter names, path of movement, and the letter-sound links needed for reading and writing.
