This is a Common Core Aligned math test for grade 3. It covers the following standards as taught in module 2 and 3 of Eureka/Engage New York, however it can be used with any standards-based instruction. (3.OA.A.1, 3.OA.B.6, 3.OA.B.7, 3.OA.D.8, 3.NBT.A.2, 3.NBT.A.3, 3.MD.1) This test has been submitted to the instructional strategist at my school and approved for standard/ test prep alignment. There are 11 questions including: multiple choice, multiple select, Part A/Part B and constructed respon

This was created to be used as a document-based bellringer to prepare students for the LEAP test (State Testing) for 3rd grade social studies in Louisiana. The document contains 4 sources (picture, flag, timeline, and quote) with corresponding questions based on the sources.

Print these out, laminate them and then add them to a literacy stations! They were created for a boggle game but you could also add them to a word work station.

I have created this reading test in order to provide extra PARCC practice for my students throughout the year. This ELA test has two part questions as well as a written response. The questions correlate with a story that was published in Highlights Magazine in September 2014. I have found this story using a quick internet search at the following link. This is a test created to go with the leveled passages from the book "Common Core Comprehension - Grade 3" by Laura Strom (Newmark Learning.) It is aligned to common core and most questions have the standards listed next to it. If you do not access to these passages, you might be able to find other passages that fit the questions.

This is a simple poster that you can hang to remind students to ask their peers for help before coming straight to you!

These are "I Can" posters to put around your classroom for Daily 5 instruction. They are great laminated so that you can add or change tasks for students in stations.
