I have experience observing classrooms at various levels K-12. I found a love for lower elementary when I visited 2nd grade and Kindergarten classrooms. Special Education at all ages has a special place is my heart. I am currently completing my student teaching in ESE at the high school level, working in the ASD unit. I'm eager to learn from these students and carry this experience with me to drive my instruction in my own classroom in the future.

Experience

I have experience observing classrooms at various levels K-12. I found a love for lower elementary when I visited 2nd grade and Kindergarten classrooms. Special Education at all ages has a special place is my heart. I am currently completing my student teaching in ESE at the high school level, working in the ASD unit. I'm eager to learn from these students and carry this experience with me to drive my instruction in my own classroom in the future.

My own education history

I had the privilege of attending Miami Dade College to earn my higher education degrees. This college has a dedicated and supportive School of Education that has inspired me to work hard and never give up on my dream. In 2020, I received my associates degree in Elementary Education. It bring me joy to announce that I will be completing my Bachelors Degree in Exceptional Student Education in April of 2023.

Additional biographical information

In addition to being ESE certified, I am ESOL and reading endorsed.
