Use this editable bathroom passes and create your own if you decide. They are responsible of using this six bathroom passes for every nine weeks for my class. They will write the name, date, and period. At the end of the nine weeks the passes can replace a classwork grade. This will definitely help you for classroom management and minimize the interruptions.

This hall pass is editable, including teacher name, date, destination, time, etc.
