Weekly Behavior and Student Conduct Chart

Created by

These Weekly Behavior and Student Conduct Charts staple right into the student's planner/agenda each week. Students record their DAILY conduct into the chart as they are copying their homework each day. There is a spot for "teacher comments" and a place for parents to sign EACH evening. This avoids hearing, "I didn't know he was having any trouble at school." from the parents. :) It keeps them in the loop, daily, even when their child's behavior is right on par. They come 3 to a page.
