If teaching had taught me anything, its that everyone has their niche. I found mine in 6th-grade. Having taught 1st and 3rd for short amounts of time, I found that 6th grade really is my happy home.
I have also taught abroad in Japan as an English support teacher. The experience there helped me to understand that learning a language is one of the most important aspects of education and life. Becoming the language learner made me look at how I taught and what teaching language truly means.

I feel I have a very simple and real approach to teaching. Nothing too flashy or cute, my style is simple and straight forward.
