Teaching style

I use project-based learning to integrate the four domains of language: reading, writing, listening, and speaking with real world soft skills such as collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and flexibility.

Additional biographical information

I have worked as a teacher and instructional coach in Nicaragua, Czech Republic, Chile, and Peru. Stateside I have worked in Washington, DC, California, and Chicago. I love to travel, learn from other cultures, and study how national and international education systems operate to increase the educational opportunities of all students.
