My Monthly Prophet is a monthly newsletter inspired by Harry Potter's The Daily Prophet. I send this home monthly to keep parents informed. The newsletter is completely editable.

I use these in different ways in my classroom! I printed each calendar out and punched holes in them to place in my data binder. I also printed them as a poster to make a large calendar for my desk. If students do not have an agenda, these can also be printed for them to place in folders/binders to keep up with important dates.

I use the "howler" signed paper form as a weekly communication form to send home with signed papers. This lets parents know if their scholar is missing any assignments in the grade book. It also keeps them updated on behavior.

Before an assignment is given, I let students know that the grade will be an O.W.L grade. This lets students know that earning a 100 on that assignment will get them into the 100% Club. Each student has a recording sheet. When they score a 100 on an O.W.L, they will color in any icon on the sheet. When they color 5 in a row, they earn a prize.
