Spanish Calendar Activity
This is an information gap activity for beginning Spanish students to complete in pairs. There is a Version A and a Version B. Each version has a different calendar for the same month. Each calendar has different activities and each version lists different activities that the student must add to their calendar. For example, if Version A lists "La fiesta de Jorge", Student A must ask Student B "Cuando es la fiesta de Jorge?" Student B then uses his/her calendar to provide the date to Student A. S

Experience
I teach Spanish 1, 3, and 4 at the high school level.
Teaching style
I like to engage my students by getting them up and moving around. I am a fan of fun games and stimulating conversations that spark their enthusiasm and interest in the material. I also love to use technology to engage them and to help keep the classroom and lessons organized and on track.
My own education history
I have a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Spanish Education. I am also completing my Master's degree in Information and Learning Technologies.
