Multi-Age Magic

This is one of our favorite mindfulness activities. This helps get the children's body to move and mind to rest. Take a walk, and look for something red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet or purple. Keep going through the colors, in order, until the end of your walk. You can do this anywhere, at any time of year. Printable and directions provided.

This is a great opportunity for students to stop and think about acts of kindness that happen every day at school. It’s also a terrific way to integrate technology in a meaningful way. The teacher puts together small groups of three students. Each student is given the role of Screenwriter, Director, or Artist. They will act our their script and connect it to the picture to make an interactive poster using augmented reality.
