This resource is a Google Form to informally assess students' progress with multiplying decimals. There are three practice problems along with a self-reflection question for students to answer concerning how they feel about the lesson and their understanding. The questions have an answer key, which is released to students at the completion of the Google Form, allowing students to see mistakes and make corrections.
