About the store
Hello and welcome to my Teachers Pay Teachers store. My name is Indy and I am an educator based in China with more than 15 years of experience teaching English to young learners. Over the years I have taught in classrooms, online and in bilingual programs which has helped me understand the different ways children learn and express themselves.
I create learning materials that are simple clear and engaging. My goal is to help teachers save time and give students fun and meaningful activities that build confidence. I focus on resources for vocabulary development early literacy phonics communication skills and hands on learning for preschool kindergarten and early primary levels.
My teaching style is warm structured and interactive. I love using visuals real life examples and activities that encourage children to think collaborate and create. Many of my resources are inspired by the lessons I teach every week in China including ESL friendly worksheets crafts projects reading supports and themed lesson plans that work well for mixed ability groups.
I know how challenging it can be to prepare lessons for diverse learners. Because of that I design materials that are easy to use flexible and ready to print. Whether you teach in a traditional classroom or online my goal is to give you tools that make your teaching smoother and more enjoyable.

Teaching style
I am a passionate early-years educator with experience teaching both online and in-person classes to young learners. Over the years, I have developed and delivered engaging, child-centered curricula designed specifically for Pre-K to Kindergarten students, including early ESL learners.
My teaching style is play-based, interactive, and highly structured, ensuring children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. I believe young children learn best through movement, repetition, visuals, and hands-on activities, so my lessons always include games, songs, pointing-and-reading practice, and simple routines that build understanding naturally.
I am confident in the classroom and adapt quickly to different learning styles and energy levels. Whether teaching online or face-to-face, I create a warm learning environment where children are encouraged to participate, make mistakes, and grow. My materials are designed to help students understand questions, respond using simple sentences, and develop early reading skills by pointing to and reading each word.
I also enjoy creating original curriculum resources that are teacher-friendly, visually engaging, and easy to use. My worksheets and activities focus on building confidence, language development, and foundational literacy skills, while keeping learning fun and age-appropriate.
Above all, I believe learning should feel joyful, meaningful, and achievable for every child.
