Use this behavior reflection sheet as a classroom management tool with upper elementary students. Students can cool off from their poor choices and write down what happened. This is a very useful tool with repetitive disruptive behaviors. It also provides you with documentation for conferences/phone calls in case a behavior persists. Students reflect on what happened, why it happened, what choices need to happen instead, and if they need to apologize to anyone.
