If you are producing a musical at your school, it is important for students and parents to know the responsibility that comes with being in a school production. I have created this resource to use as each student's responsibility agreement to audition for the musical to show they will be taking it seriously. I would suggest to print on colored paper to encourage students to keep up with and return the form.

I have a passion for teaching in a style that makes every learner feel welcome and confident in their learning. Our learning environment is a mix of fun and serious times that help each student have fun and explore their abilities in new ways! Our school has adopted CKLA for ELA, and Savvas for Math, so most of my resources will be aligned with these curriculums. Please review my store, I am so thankful to be part of the TPT community!
