I am a down on the floor with the kids kind of teacher. One of those teachers who is covered in ink and papercuts by the end of the day. I may look like a mess, but I leave each day knowing that I taught them something useful!
I believe that scaffolding and building thinking skills is the best way to support learners. I have always been good at organizing information in a way that helps people undertand (that means students and the teachers who I mentor).
Teaching is hard work. The resources I create (and use!) really have to help me get the job done.
