This activity is designed to help students think about an extreme disaster and how to respond. They must problem solve and try to keep things together in a worst-case scenario. Without proper planning and good strategy, they are certain to fail. The verb list is to be used to help students answer the questions and make sentences to explain what they will do. The 1-10 list of events is for the students to pick randomly and try to answer based on their plan of action.

This activity is intended to help students work together and discuss plans. They must cooperate and brainstorm a ways to stay alive on a deserted island with limited supplies and essentials. Teamwork as well as careful planning are essential.

Minecraft class dollars are used for classroom management, to teach students to earn and save currency, for student motivation, and to teach students about how things are created. They can also be used to teach ESL students new vocabulary. When students perform well in class or complete assignments, they are allowed to select a one dollar bill at random. They can then combine these one dollar bills with others to create two, five, and twenty dollar bills using the appropriate materials. Dollars

Speaking Patterns is designed to help students master some of the common ways in which native speakers make conversation. It is also meant to enable students to reach a level of basic conversation very quickly through learning to speak in the most effective and efficient manner. The focus is to start creating and using sentence patterns that native speakers use daily, to enable students to quickly prioritize the ability to make and use structures that are useful.

This activity is designed to help students think about the future, technology, and a crisis situation. It is also a way for students to discuss possibilities in English, cooperate, and problem solve. They must travel to a new planet and try to save the human race from extinction.
