Organic Food Lesson (Taste Test)
A fun, complete lesson on organic food, and fair trade practices for the 4th grade! The lesson pertains to New York State Standards.
This fun lesson involves a taste test of organic and non organic foods (apples, carrots, etc.)
There is a also an extension activity for learning about Fair Trade practices.
In addition, there is a complete rubric for assessment.
