Teaching style
I believe children thrive in nature—where every stone, leaf, and breeze hold the potential for discovery and growth. Nature is not just the setting for learning; it is the teacher, the classroom, and the guide. I love to teach outdoors, following children’s natural curiosities and interests while incorporating hands-on, play-based, and nature-rich experiences into every lesson.
The natural world offers an ever-changing environment full of loose parts, imaginative play opportunities, and sensory-rich exploration. It helps children grow in confidence, creativity, and a deep sense of belonging—both in the land they live on and in their learning community. In nature, children find space to become who they are truly meant to be.
When children build a relationship with the natural world, they also develop a lifelong sense of care and responsibility. I believe that by helping children fall in love with nature now, we are nurturing the future stewards of our planet.
