Math Distance Learning Google Forms - 5th Grade VA SOLs

This PDF includes the sharable copy links for four different math google forms. Two google forms are similar to an exit ticket style, while the other two are a break-out with a secret word with decipher key at the end! The topics for the four google forms include - computation (whole number & decimal), number sense (rounding & prime/composite), fractions & mixed numbers (add, subtract, multiply, ordering), and order of operations. I upload these on Google Classroom for the students to complete!

My own education history

I was enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Program from 6th - 12th grade. I spent my freshman year of college at Longwood University studying Liberal Studies: Elementary Education. I transferred and finished my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with a minor in Elementary Education and Biology at James Madison University. I continued my education and obtained my Master of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University as well. More recently, I finished the Administrative program at James Madison University and am certified to be a k-12 administrator.
