Public High School teacher licensed in all areas of science for grades 7-12. I have tremendous growth in my students year after year (remaining in the blue, for NC this is the highest growth you can achieve). I have taught Physics, Physical Science and Biology. This fun activity would be great to use anytime of the year but especially at Halloween time. Hotel Transylvania Genetics is a set of questions about the movie Hotel Transylvania 2. This is not a simple movie guide but requires the students to use their knowledge about genetics (punnett squares, nature vs nurture, pedigree) to answer the questions regarding Mavis, Johnny and their Son. Teaching style

I am very rigorous and expect my students to work bell to bell. I keep them busy and use different modes of instruction to engage my students. I utilized traditional powerpoints, worksheets, labs but also other activities including the integration of technology.
