About the store

Experience

With over 13 years of experience teaching mathematics at the university level, combined with several years of working in web and educational design, I decided to bring my skills together to create engaging math games and worksheets for children. My mission is to help kids truly understand math and enjoy the process through playful learning.

Teaching style

My teaching style is deeply rooted in play-based learning. I design activities that keep learners engaged through puzzles, interactive challenges, and hands-on exploration. I believe that when children are actively playing, math becomes not only understandable — it becomes fun and meaningful.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Throughout my years of teaching math, I’ve received heartfelt feedback from students and families — and those moments of connection have been my most meaningful rewards. One of my favorite memories is from an elementary class, where I introduced a math game I had designed. A student who usually avoided math suddenly volunteered to come to the board — for the first time ever. Watching that shift in confidence and curiosity reminded me why I chose this path. Moments like these are what I consider my true "awards" — signs that I’m helping children rewrite their relationship with math in a joyful way

Additional biographical information

I'm Neda Zare — a math educator and designer passionate about transforming how children experience mathematics. After more than a decade teaching mathematics at the university level, I realized a deeper issue: many of my students found math intimidating, boring, or disconnected from real life. I traced this back to their early experiences — often shaped by rigid teaching styles and a lack of joyful discovery. That’s when I shifted my focus to elementary learners. I began creating playful, screen-free math games and activities that build intuition, spark curiosity, and make learning math feel natural and fun from the start. Through my platform Math Fun World, I combine my background in mathematics and UX design to offer resources that empower children to see math not as a subject to fear, but as a language they can play with and love.
