In this hands-on activity, students will apply mathematical concepts to everyday life while using technology based learning to create and display discoveries based on concepts and principals of rotational symmetry. I have been educating children for over 15 years - with my main focus being science and mathematics.
Teaching style
I am a no nonsense hands-on educator. I enjoy challenging students to think outside of the box in order to solve real-world problems. Being a certified eMINTS educator has allowed me to better incorporate differentiated instruction to my students while challenging them to become self-directed learners. I love technology and I incorporate it into my lessons as often as possible. Inquiry-based learning, allows students to become more self confident with their problem solving abilities and promotes tolerance of others' ideas and capabilties.
