Neuzil Loves Math

This is a project students beg to do every year! Students use a candy box to create an enlarged image (either 3, 4, or 5 times its original size). They will draw and color an enlarged, three-dimensional version of their original box. Dimensions (using correct units) as well as both surface area and volume calculations for enlarged drawing to be included. This product includes the set of step-by-step directions as well as the rubric.

This activity is intended to provide a fun and engaging review of fraction skills and operations while promoting collaboration and teamwork. This activity can be used during one class period or over multiple days! Enjoy! Thank you for what you do!
