I use this to redirect students who's behavior is not following our rules. I can pass this out without stopping my instruction. The student then has to write a paragraph about the incident and how it can be changed for the positive.

I use this as a positive recognition for those students making the right choices. I can hand these out without stopping my teaching and they bring them to me at the end of the day for their reward.
