Cells Are Like... (Students Apply Analogies & Concept Maps to Cell Parts) - NGSS
This worksheet is aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) In part one of this two part worksheet, students relate cells, and their organelles, to a system of their choice (human body, theme park, a house, etc.). They may expand it to make a poster or brochure. In part 2, students get practice making a concept map, showing relationships between cells, organelles, and kingdoms. It's simple, but effective.
