Building Catapults - Learn about Levers through Inquiry
This is a collection of three sheets that guide students through testing out and inquiring about a simple catapult they have built in class. Students are asked to figure out how to make a change to the catapult to impact the distance the payload travels when flung.
This activity serves as a great capstone activity for a simple machines unit, or as a great review for levers specifically.
