I made a resource that helps students with Quadratic intervals of increasing, decreasing, as well as help with important vertex information. My students needed more examples so this was beneficial in helping them work on those skills. Hope it helps yours too!

Specifically, this is for the portion of slope-intercept form where the equations are given in standard form, and students are to isolate y (get it by itself), thus also finding the y-isntercept and slope.
