Hi! I’m Tanika, an educator with over 20 years of experience in elementary education. I’ve spent many years in the classroom and now serve as an Assistant Director at an elementary school, where I continue to support teachers and students every day.
I’ve been in the classroom, coached teachers, and supported students at every level, which is why my resources are realistic, student friendly, and teacher approved. I believe learning should be engaging and meaningful without overwhelming teachers. Everything I create is designed to save time, support instruction, and help students grow in confidence and skills.

Teaching style
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student centered. I believe students learn best when expectations are clear, lessons are engaging, and instruction is purposeful without being overwhelming.
I focus on building confidence, encouraging critical thinking, and helping students take ownership of their learning. My approach balances consistency with flexibility and supports teachers by providing resources that are practical, adaptable, and easy to implement in real classrooms.
Additional biographical information
I have been married for 20 years and am the proud parent of two boys, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for the role educators play in students’ lives both in and out of the classroom. Outside of education, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
