Romeo and Juliet's story gains momentum in ACT II. Here you will have a presentation with vocabulary words, plot questions for ACT II, a shortened (I use it for my IEP students) version of the plot questions, and an ACT II quiz. This is all you need for ACT II!

William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet is classic canon for English I/Freshmen English classes around the world. This unit includes an ACT I vocabulary presentation, ACT I Plot Questions, a shortened (I use it for my IEP students) version of the ACT I Plot Questions, and the ACT I quiz. I have used this unit for years, and students learn well and often love Shakespeare (maybe not as much as I do!).

Teaching style
My teaching style demands high standards, high expectations, and real learning. I believe application is the truest form of learning, vocabulary is key to everything, and Shakespeare is timeless. I teach in a way to help students see relevance in the content I am teaching. I keep an animated teaching environment and keep the classroom moving!
My own education history
I have a bachelor's in Secondary English Education from Northeastern State University and a master's in Professional Writing from Liberty University. I have studied Shakespeare, grant writing, technical writing, Kennedy, Lincoln, Poe, and so much more. I love history and everything that is ELA.

I am a mom, a mimi, a wife, and an educator. I love God I love my family, and I love my job. I currently teach at a rural high school and a local community college.
