When you hang these cards around the room they create a trail for students to follow. The answer on top connects to a previous problem on another card. When students complete them all in order they should get back to the one they started with. There are two trails included in this set. The gray trail is less difficult and the dark trail is more difficult. The cards are currently in order, so be sure to hang them around the room out of order!
These balance beams use weights as shapes. Each balance beam and weight equal a different amount. Students use their knowledge of doubles to decompose the total weight into the individual weights.
