Experience

Welcome to Numerista Store! I have taught Math for 13 years and I am excited to share my creations here. I have been creating engageable and high quality fun math resources from Elementary to High School Math which I used either in my classroom or when I am tutoring. Please feel free to explore my store to find interesting and creative materials that can enhance your teaching and improve your students math skills.

Teaching style

I used the proven "I Do --> We Do --> You Do" method which allows student to see clear examples as we work through problems together first and then apply their understanding independently later. I focus on strengthening foundations, improving problem-solving skills and building habits that lead to long-term success in Math. If students struggle at any point, I bring the lesson back to the "We Do" stage, breaking concepts down into smaller, manageable steps until everything clicks.

Awards & shining teacher moments

When my 9th & 10th Grade students won in the Dep-Ed MTAP Math Challenge last 2015 for the division level and when we moved forward for Provincial Level in Statistics Quiz for my 10th Grade last 2015 & 2017.

My own education history

I graduated from Samar State University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education & in 2018, with a Master's degree in Education majoring both in Math.
