This is an engaging story following the theme of Finding Nemo. This is a great introduction to negative numbers or vertical number lines. This product also explains sea level (above and below).

This is the graphic organizer I used with my 5th grade students to help them make the connections between fractions and division. I supplied word problems and they had to complete the rest of the sheet. I used this as an assessment and then a bulletin board! Look for my other products on a similar sheet but with an added column for remainders and a PowerPoint with notes to use prior to this worksheet!
