Obsessed with Teaching Elementary

Students will use their understanding of fractions in order to create visual models to represent fractions less than or equal to 1. Students will create number lines, parts of a whole, strip diagram, and parts of a set. Pages are available for fractions with denominators of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12. There is also a blank page available for students to be able to create visuals independently.

Students will work on the skills of measuring angles using a protractor, drawing angles using a protractor, and identifying types of angles based on angle measurement. Students will then use the Christmas tree to create a beautiful picture.

This product is a multi-digit by two-digit division activity. Students will have work mats to use to help support fluency. Students will be able to choose a work mat to complete their activity. Work mats include the horizontal division method (also called box method), long division algorithm, and long division algorithm with separation for each place value.

Students will use their knowledge of counting by tens to work on and complete three different activities. Students will be able to: Cut and paste base tens to match the number (2) Count the base tens and write the number to match (2) Count the base tens and circle the number to match (2)

Students will be expected to draw shape, write the name of the shape (dotted word for assistance), name how many vertices, and name how many sides.
