Children use dominoes to cover up the numbers on the board. Children have to add the two numbers on the domino together to find the sum.
Could utilise this as a game between 2 children to see who can cover the most.
Great for reinforcing basic facts.
Print and laminate the cards. Place them around the room. Give each child a recording sheet and have them move around the room and solve the equations and record them on their sheets.

Great for addition with 5.
You will need a dice that is numbered 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Print out the turtles and give one to each child. Have the children roll the die then add on 5 to the number that is shown on the die. e.g. if 4 is rolled the child will add 4+5=9. They will then cover the number 9 on their game board. If the number is already covered, play is passed to the next person. The person whose board is covered first wins.

Print and give to children to practise counting on. The use of pictures assists children so they are able to visually identify what they are counting.
