About the store
I taught 3rd and 4th grade in the classroom for five years before taking time off to raise my own children, including my son who is on the autism spectrum. During that time, I attended ABA therapy with him and gained a deeper appreciation for the impact that individualized support and special education services can have on a child’s growth and confidence. Special education now holds a very special place in my heart, and I have been teaching in special education for the past four years.

Teaching style
I love finding ways to make learning feel fun and engaging. I’ve always enjoyed games myself, and I’ve seen firsthand, both in the classroom and at home, that when learning is turned into a game or a challenge, kids are more motivated and excited to participate. They often don’t even realize how much they’re learning!
