About the store

Experience

Five years teaching at the high school level. Three years teaching Algebra 1, 4 years of Geometry, and 1 year teaching College Algebra. I have taught students on level and up to two years accelerated.

Teaching style

My current school has 90 minute blocks on an A/B day rotation. I use guided notes for direction instruction, activities for review, and prefer performance tasks for assessments. I work hard to keep my students engaged during class and show how math applies in real life as much as possible!

My own education history

Bachelors in Integrated Mathematics and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.
