I am a 13-year veteran teacher and educational speaker. I have taught 9th, 7th, 6th, 5th and now 4th grade.I love creating lessons that make learning new concepts engaging and standards clear for students. I believe in hands-on learning where students engage with the materials, each other, and the teacher every day in every way! I grew up in Memphis, Texas graduating from elementary, middle and high school. Then moved to Dallas and graduated from Paul Quinn College with a Bachelor of Science. I have 13 years teaching experience ranging from 4-9.
