In my years of teaching, I have taught 7th and 8th Grade Special Education, as well as Elementary General Education. My sweet spot is 4th grade, as that's the grade I've taught the longest (and have a soft spot for.)

Using a system where each student is assigned a number really does make a teacher’s life so much easier! Instead of labeling folders/notebooks/etc. with their name and not being able to reuse it, a number system allows you to reuse items for years to come. This set of class student numbers can be used for various things: attendance, lunch count, organizing small groups, picking students randomly, etc. Enjoy!
These schedule cards are great for displaying on your main board so your students know exactly what their day entails and when it’s happening. This set comes with 2 sets of cards, one with photos and one without. This set would also pair perfectly with the Polka Dot Word Wall Letters and Classroom Labels, also found on my TpT products.
Bulletin boards are always fun for me to create and these colorful smiley face emojis are just the ticket!Included are 2 sheets of small smiley faces that are perfect to create borders. Print as many copies as you need, laminate, cut, and then staple them together to create your borders. Additionally, I have included smiley faces in larger sizes that can be used as decor around the classroom, if you’re going for an emoji theme. Enjoy!

One of the discoveries I made when I first started teaching was that there were multiple, daily items that I needed to update and keep on top of. Of all those items, my morning meeting/share and the time my class came together in the morning was a priority. It always sets the tone for the day and lets my students know exactly what we’ll be doing throughout the day. Additionally, keeping my Math/ELA small groups AND their weekly rotation is an area that I had mixed up more times than I can coun

Experience
In my years of teaching, I have taught 7th and 8th Grade Special Education, as well as Elementary General Education. My sweet spot is 4th grade, as that's the grade I've taught the longest (and have a soft spot for.)
Teaching style
My teaching style has always had a 'simple is best' undertone. On a personal level, I tend to get very overwhelmed/overstimulated when my classroom (and even my home) has too much going on. My products will typically be geared towards simplicity, although I do try to add color/some design for a fun pop!
Additional biographical information
I love cats (can you tell?) Actually, I haven't met an animal that I didn't want to smother with hugs! If I could have a small farm, where all of my animals just live together harmoniously and enjoy their lives, that would be a dream come true.
