A perfect matching game for 4th and 5th grade students to practice their geometry recognition. The cards cover types of triangles, quadrilaterals, and 3D figures all in one! For each geometric figure there is a title card, a description card, and a diagram. Students are challenged to match the cards together with accuracy and efficiency. Perfect for small group, centers, or individualized practice. I suggest printing and laminating so you can reuse them over and over!

Help your students practice their knowledge of poetic devices through this matching puzzle activity! Students practice their knowledge of similes, metaphors, anaphora, line, stanza, repetition, imagery, rhyme, and alliteration. For the activity, students should cut out each triangle and mix up the shapes. Then they remake the puzzle by matching up the device to its definition!
