This bundle will allow you to teach the Key Stage 3 National Curriculum required learning on Current Electricity. The bundle includes five PowerPoints and associated resources sufficient to deliver six full lessons. This topic provides multiple opportunities for students to get hands-on and build / use electrical circuits. Lesson 7Ja “Switches and Current” comes with an overview and Equipment list for the full topic.

This full lesson PowerPoint (including practical activity) can be used to teach a broad range of abilities about mixtures and how to separate certain mixtures using filtration. The lesson is easily accessible for students and simple to follow for teachers. I have also included my Overview and Equipment document for the whole 7E topic. All lessons listed in the document are available from my shop.

This PowerPoint allows two lessons to be taught in which students build circuits, observe changes in current, then answer (and mark) in-depth analysis questions about the experiment. The format of the lesson is designed to begin embedding core practical analysis skills at an early age. The lesson is in keeping with the current KS3 UK National Curriculum, is easily accessible for students and simple to follow for teachers.
