Print out this tool and keep an ongoing record of student emotions for am and pm data. This data is important to have when determining trigger of problem behavior as well as identifying slow triggers, such as home situations, that students are coming into school with. This knowledge allows us as teachers to better support our students.
Have students with behaviors? Want to track appropriate and meaningful data? Record on this data collection summary sheet. Print off and use to track trends, triggers, problem behavior, duration, and consequences. Use to create appropriate behavior support plans and meaningful and useful IEPs. Great for FBA data as well. Included is a data collection sheet, a data key, and a sample sheet that specifies behaviors to streamline your data tracking process. Enjoy!
In our Emotional Support room, students use daily behavior charts and earn points based on goals on their IEP. Every 2 weeks, they add up their points and can purchase items from the classroom store. Attached are the how to sheet, store front opening sign, list of merchandise with point system, and iPad/Phone passes! Enjoy!
