About the store

Experience

I work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I also have an art education degree and spent many years working in early education.

Teaching style

I lead daily groups focusing on communication, coping skills and self-compassion/self-concept. I teach children and teens ways to manage stress, anxiety, anger and depression with the activities and worksheets I create. We then practice the skill through hands-on or collaborative activities. Look in the worksheet description for ideas of activities to reinforce the skill.
