Show this to children who tend to adopt the W-sitting pattern, especially useful for visual learners. Poster also includes appropriate sitting positions that he/she can choose from! W-sitting causes negative complications at the hip and knee joints when adopted long-term. This visual was made to encourage children to use "good sitting" to prevent these complications.
