I have professional experience in pediatric development, early intervention, protective factors, physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness and overall well-being. I work as a school-based Occupational Therapist servicing students K-12. My personal experience as a world-level competitive athlete and Olympic team member has instilled resilience, determination and drive within me that has equipped me for success.

I have a mission to remove the borders of boxed in concepts and to introduce limitless thinking. I believe in the greater good and have faith in humanity, aiming to improve and impact overall health, vitality, and self-efficacy in those I interact with. I am a visionary, brainstormer and problem-solver. My life experience has taught me how to analyze tasks and implement strategies to meet individuals where they are at while challenging them and prompting growth. I adapt and modify content to best suit all types of learners to promote person-centered learning and knowledge retention. My interpersonal skills have enabled me to build social connections within my community, fundraising over 10k for our local hospice foundation within a 4-month period. My communication skills have enabled me to present information to large and varied audiences. I am a deliberate and analytical leader who strives to solve problems and ensure accurate outcomes. My educational foundation has prepared me with an eagerness to be a lifelong learner. My Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy was achieved via a distance-based hybrid program that required multiple modes of technology and forward thinking. My Bachelor of Science was completed in Health and Fitness Management.
