Experience

I’m a school-based pediatric occupational therapist in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) supporting preschool-aged children across classroom, home, and community routines. My resources are practical, caregiver-friendly, and designed to support sensory regulation, play, fine motor, transitions, self-help skills, and everyday participation across environments.

Teaching style

I believe children learn best through play, movement, relationships, and meaningful daily routines. My goal is to create practical, supportive resources that help caregivers, teachers, and therapists carry over strategies across everyday environments using neuro-affirming, strengths-based approaches.

Awards & shining teacher moments

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is partnering with families and helping caregivers feel confident supporting their child’s development within everyday routines. I enjoy creating practical visuals and supports that make therapy strategies feel approachable and manageable across home and school settings.

My own education history

Additional biographical information

Many of my resources are inspired by real experiences working in ECSE settings and supporting young children through play, sensory experiences, self-help routines, and participation in daily activities.
