After teaching Everyday math for a year, I am a little disappointed with the homework and extra practice provided in the program. Since we love the program, I decided we just needed more opportunities to practice.
You will have a Homework Companion/Practice Sheet for every unit and lesson. You can print these for homework, print for class, use for intervention, or display on the board and work together.

Are you tired of the same old timed fact drills. I decided it was time for a fact drill face lift. After many team meetings, my 2nd grade team decided to do things a little different.
Every year we all have students with test anxiety. We decided a progression would be the best thing for all of our students. We will start with 30 addition facts move to 40 and then 50.
After that we will move to 30 subtraction facts then move to 40 and 50. After the winter break, we will mix the facts.
