Adding and Multiplying Money {The Grocery Game}
This product will transform your classroom into a mini supermarket. Post the department signs, hang the food task cards, and give the kids their shopping lists. They will then have to shop to find out how much each item is, multiply by the number needed, and finally add to find out how much they spent. I have also included shopping lists that allow 2nd graders to take part in the fun. They will shop to find the prices and then add to find the total spent.
