My educational philosophy is entirely student-centered. I strive for a balance between engagement and rigor, making learning fun yet challenging. I believe in data-driven instruction, but I also always consider both formal and informal feedback from students to make learning relevant to their needs. Most importantly, I believe in teaching from the heart, recognizing that all students are capable of succeeding in an environment where they are loved, cared for, and encouraged.
