My new lessons are a living documents, Power point slides that allow you to edit to fit your style of teaching. These lessons will help improve your teacher evaluations. I have 38 years of being a pioneer teacher of using highly invocated technology to teach science in- the science lab classrooms and in ESOL Science LAB/classrooms. Mr. Owens has been an educator wearing many titles for 38 years. Last serve as middle/high school Science teacher and an Esol/Lab science teacher. He had served as an Optional Environment Science Teacher for Carnes Optional School. He has experience in teaching 1ST through 8th grades. The majority of his career has been spent as a teacher is the Science Lab classrooms. For the past 35 years, he has practiced integrating technology in the science classroom, coaching teachers, giving seminars on how to use technology in the science classrooms. This is where he was able to transform his traditional teaching into technology based instruction. Mr. Owens believes that science has to literally come alive in order to engage all students. His use of technology and hands-on education in the classrooms has turned out to be a great way to increase student engagement, thus, improving student achievement. Notable Accomplishments: raise science scores in one year from 9% to 33% .
