This study guide for the novel Witch of Blackbird Pond breaks the book into three chapter sections. This is easily editable for your own classroom needs. Much like the Puritans, there is nothing fancy about this unit of study! This will guide readers to deeper comprehension. It includes an "I have Who has" game to help students learn new vocabulary!
Open these files in Word and edit them to suit your own needs. Add pictures and play with them until you can get your students excited about books. I did this with a whole school, but you can do it with a smaller group. Pictures and more info can be found on my blog. Here is the link:(Coming soon...Still working on the post!) Be sure to download the preview as well as the product!!
This is the second summer challenge that I send to my incoming 1st graders. You can adapt it any way to best suit your needs. Please give credit where credit is due! Hope your summer is going swell, but that you aren't swelling in the heat!
This mini-book is created for homeschooling or Christian day schools. A book that has graphics created by GoodGraphicsDan...as seen on youtube, is a great way to bring the true meaning of Easter into your home and classroom. Written at a guided reading level F.
